Why would I want a temperature control unit over a regular one?

Only temperature controlled units give you a totally regulated environment, your possessions are kept at a year round temperature between 50- 80 degrees F.  Nothing works as well as temperature controlled space for : fine furniture, antiques, household goods, electronics, specialty items, inventory, records and files.

What type of security do you provide?

We provide 24-hour live computer controlled video surveillance of our storage facilities.

Does your insurance cover my belongings?

No, we only cover the building, we recommend you get coverage with your homeowners or renters insurance to protect your things.  There are brochures in the offices to assist you with coverage needs.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a variety of discounts.  We have commercial discounts, senior citizens discount, military discounts, long-term discounts and we always have a managers special running at each facility, that is good for 1 year from the time you sign.
