- Why would I want a temperature controlled unit over a regular unit?
Only temperature controlled units give you a totally regulated environment, your possessions are kept at a year round temperature between 50- 80 degrees F. Nothing works as well as temperature controlled space for: fine furniture, antiques, household goods, electronics, specialty items, inventory, records and files.
- What type of security do you provide?
We provide 24- hour live computer controlled video surveillance of our storage facilities.
- Does your insurance cover my belongings?
No, we only cover the building, we recommend you get coverage with your homeowners or renters insurance to protect your belongings. There are brochures in the offices to assist you with your coverage needs.
- Do you offer any discounts?
We offer a variety of discounts. We have commercial discounts, senior citizen discounts, military discounts, long-term discounts and move-in specials. Discounts vary at each facility. Contact us for details.
